USCIS To Increase Filing Fees

Today, the Department of Homeland Security announced a final rule that adjusts fees for certain immigration and naturalization benefit requests to ensure U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services recovers its costs of services. The rule will take effect on October 2, 2020. The full press release can be seen on the link below:

Per this chart, I would presume that the fee for P-1 visa petitions would be increased from $460 to $695 under the I-129 MISC heading.
